We're looking for a motivated MES Business Analyst to join our team in Brussels. You will contribute to digital transformation initiatives in the life sciences sector by bridging business needs and MES solutions in a regulated manufacturing environment.

In this role you will act as the key interface between manufacturing operations and IT systems, ensuring the successful implementation and optimization of MES solutions within a regulated life sciences environment.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and formalize business requirements from manufacturing and quality stakeholders
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for MES solutions
- Support the implementation and enhancement of MES systems (e.g. production execution, batch tracking, electronic batch records)
- Collaborate with IT teams, production teams, and quality assurance to ensure system alignment
- Participate in validation activities and ensure compliance with GxP and CSV standards
- Support testing phases (FAT, SAT, UAT) and ensure proper documentation
- Contribute to continuous improvement of manufacturing processes through digital solutions
Profile
- Master’s degree in Engineering, IT, Life Sciences, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or MES Functional Consultant
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry is a strong plus
- Good understanding of MES systems and manufacturing processes in regulated environments
- Knowledge of GxP and Computer System Validation (CSV) is highly valued
- Fluent in French and English (mandatory)
- Strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a production-driven, fast-paced environment
- Willingness to be based in Brussels (mobility required)
- Experience in pharmaceutical or biotech environment
