Triglav Digital in Brussels leads critical IT service operations and requires a Service Desk Engineer with 2–5 years of experience. You will be the frontline support for Belgian government IT teams, handling incidents, requests and network issues on-site in Brussels, with a 24x7 shift regime and strong emphasis on service improvement.
Fluent Dutch and French are required; English is a plus. Bachelor in IT and ITIL certification are preferred, with experience in ITSM tools and active directory
