Jobomschrijving
Onze klant, gevestigd in Eigenbrakel, heeft op vandaag een IT Framework ontwikkeld, bestaande uit standaardregels, referentiemodellen en governance processen waaraan elke industriële leverancier moet voldoen.
De IT Industrial Project Coördinator is de "bewaker" van dit Framework en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen de richtlijnen correct toepast en opvolgt binnen dit project.
Verantwoordelijkheden:
1. Het beheer van het IT Industrial Framework door:
Het definiëren van projectleveringen (documentatie, sjablonen, visualisaties) om het volgen, plannen en controleren van de projecten mogelijk te maken;
Samen te werken met het IT Industrial en IT Security team;
Ervoor zorgen dat alle activiteiten op schema liggen en correct worden gemonitord;
Het toepassen van de processen op de specifieke kenmerken van het project;
Status en prestaties te rapporteren aan de IT- en projectleider.
2. Het IT Industrieel Framework uitvoeren in de verschillende projectfasen door:
Elk werkpakket dat door het projectteam wordt beheerd te beoordelen op naleving ervan;
Het publiceren van de IT Industriële vereisten naar alle partners en deze hierin te begeleiden;
Aanbevelingen formeel vast te leggen voor de board;
Nauw samen te werken met de inkoop en juridische afdeling.
Profiel
Je beschikt over een bachelor diploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
Je bent sterk in changemanagement.
Je bent resultaatgericht, streven naar Operational Excellence, kwaliteit en best practices
Je hebt een open, positieve en communicatieve houding en je bent een echte teamplayer.
Je hebt een professionele ingesteldheid.
Vloeiend Engels en Nederlands in woord en geschrift.
