Votre mission

L'Expert en assurances est la personne responsable, au sein de Carrefour Belgique, de la gestion des assurances et des sinistres pour Carrefour Belgique et ses franchisés.

 

Domaines de responsabilité

  • Vous êtes, avec le ‘manager Assurances’, responsable de la gestion des assurances au sens large chez Carrefour Belgique.
    • Vous gérez, négociez et suivez les contrats que Carrefour Belgique conclut avec ses assureurs et courtiers.
    • Vous assurez le suivi et la bonne gestion des dossiers d’assurances chez Carrefour.
    • Vous êtes le point de contact chez Carrefour pour toutes les questions relatives aux assurances en Belgique et vous êtes en étroit contact avec les différents courtiers et assureurs.
    • Vous conseillez et accompagnez les différents services de Carrefour Belgique dans la gestion, le traitement et la clôture des dossiers d’assurances.
    • Vous êtes en contact étroit avec le département Assurances du Groupe Carrefour et travaillez avec eux pour créer une synergie continue au sein du Groupe.
  • Vous êtes responsable de la formation et de l’information des services internes concernés avec lesquels vous collaborez étroitement.
  • Vous réfléchissez de manière proactive aux améliorations possibles dans les procédures actuelles afin de simplifier et de faciliter le travail de chacun.
  • Vous êtes responsable de la gestion administrative de toutes les questions liées aux assurances, telles que la gestion des contrats, la facturation, l’état des procédures judiciaires, etc.
  • Avec les autres parajuristes, vous êtes responsable de la gestion du courrier destiné au service juridique de Carrefour Belgique.

 

Votre profil 

  • Vous êtes titulaire d’un diplôme de bachelier (de préférence en pratique juridique ou en assurances).
  • Vous avez au moins 3 ans d’expérience pertinente dans le secteur des assurances ou en tant que parajuriste.
  • Vous êtes bilingue en néerlandais et en français, avec une bonne connaissance de l’anglais.
  • Vous avez de l’expérience dans la gestion des dossiers d’assurances et des contrats d’assurance.
