De job in een notendop
Je mag een uitdagende en afwisselende baan verwachten door de diversiteit van de verschillende taken; ons team is onder meer verantwoordelijk voor SEPA Direct Debits, doorlopende betaalopdrachten, Open Banking & Titulariteitscontrole voor diverse kassen. Dit alles in een context van werk dat resoluut gericht is op innovatie, met één doel voor ogen: de tevredenheid van onze klanten.
In deze rol zijn je belangrijkste taken:
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een autonome verwerking van operationele dossiers op een correcte manier en binnen de vooropgestelde normen (SLA’s), met behoud van een kwalitatieve dienstverlening aan de klanten. Je belangrijkste taak is het analyseren van dossiers en zorgen voor “right first time” oplossingen. Je team bestaat uit gemotiveerde collega's gevestigd in Gent of Brussel en jouw rol in dit team is het delen van de taken en kennis met betrekking tot onze business. Al kan je er bij ons wel één worden. Bij ons mag je volop je vleugels uitslaan indien je voldoet aan de volgende voorwaarden:
* Een bachelor diploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
* Een interesse in dossierbeheer en de operationele verwerking ervan.
* Een kritische geest en het vermogen om service- en oplossingsgericht te werken.
* Gevoel voor detail en behoudt tegelijkertijd het overzicht.
* Goede communicatieve vaardigheden: je communiceert duidelijk en nauwkeurig, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
* Het vermogen om zelfstandig te werken.
* Kennis van beide landstalen (Nederlands/Frans).
* De bereidheid voor deelname aan een permanentierol tot 17u (enkele keren per maand).
* Een flexibele en toegewijde ingesteldheid.
Je scoort extra met:
* Ervaring in de wereld van Payments.
* Kennis van Office-tools: Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word en Outlook.
