Deze speler blinkt uit dankzij haar unieke positie binnen de nichemarkt. Als Financieel Analist bied je ondersteuning aan ondernemers en investeerders bij het uitvoeren van M&A transacties. Takenpakket: Uitvoeren van marktonderzoek Verzamelen van data in het kader van koop- en verkoop mandaten Beheren van financiële modellen Analyseren van financiële en commerciële informatie Ontwerpen van pitches Coördineren van due diligences Onderhouden van contacten met banken, investeerders etc. Profiel: Master in TEW, Finance, Handelsingenieur of gelijkwaardig. Bij voorkeur een 3-tal jaar ervaring binnen een M&A-rol binnen big4 of gelijkwaardig. Commercieel inzicht, analytisch sterk en teamspeler.
