We are an ambitious ecosystem of business and technology providers focused on helping organizations design and implement product partnerships with customers to successfully build and launch digital product. Your role You are familiar with the basic principles of the world of Agile (Scrum/Kanban). Building bridges between business and IT is your middle name, as you oversee the functional interviews with our customers. You know various techniques to collect the requirements of a range of stakeholders. Writing Agile User Stories with the necessary acceptance criteria is child’s play for you. In a refinement session, you present the functional design of your user stories with your team(s) in a way that is understandable to the developers from a technical point of view. Knowledge of Domain Driven Design and Business Modeling? That’s a plus Your profile You think innovatively and love to solve problems. You are an excellent communicator and love to collaborate with the customer to make a difference. Your flexible mindset and the drive to continually learn new things keeps you going. You have a strong sense of responsibility. Working independently and in a team to deliver quality is what you do. You are extremely passionate about what you do and very persuasive on top. Your experience You have a background in Business Studies, Economics, Innovation or Engineering. When you hear terms such as Design Thinking and Design Sprint, you know exactly what they mean. You can give presentations with confidence and you communicate clearly. You are experienced in organizing and facilitating workshops. You are up to date on new business models and emerging technologies.
