Functieomschrijving Hoe zal je Brussel laten bewegen? Als Legal Advisor (Bedrijfsjurist) werk je op de afdeling Corporate Legal Affairs en meer bepaald in het team Private Law.
Het team Private Law houdt zich bezig met het ondernemingsrecht in de ruimste zin, d.w.z. verbintenissenrecht, contractenrecht, economisch recht, vennootschapsrecht, vastgoedrecht, fiscaal recht, intellectueel eigendomsrecht, IT-recht en gegevensbeschermingsrecht, in de specifieke context van de publieke sector. Je voornaamste taak als bedrijfsjurist bestaat erin de MIVB in staat te stellen haar strategische doelstellingen op zeer concrete wijze te verwezenlijken in diverse grootschalige dossiers en projecten, en tegelijkertijd de juridische risico's verbonden aan haar activiteiten te beperken, zowel preventief (advies ter voorkoming van geschillen) als curatief (sturing en beheer). Hiertoe adviseer en ondersteun je de algemene directie en de verschillende afdelingen van de MIVB door dagelijks op te treden als “business partner”. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de bescherming van de belangen van de onderneming en de beveiliging van haar activiteiten en projecten overeenkomstig de wet, maar bent ook in staat pragmatische en creatieve oplossingen voor te stellen.
Je opdracht is dus zeer gevarieerd, lonend en zinvol. Hoe zal je dag eruit zien? * Juridisch advies verlenen over diverse commerciële, vastgoed- of ondernemingsprojecten.
* Juridische ondersteuning bieden bij het onderhandelen over en het opstellen en voorbereiden van verschillende soorten commerciële contracten.
* Proactief beheer verzorgen van geschillen door de ontwikkeling van de juridische strategie en argumentatie in nauwe samenwerking met onze advocaten.
* Deelnemen aan het opstellen of wijzigen van verordeningen in het Brussels Hoofdstedelijk Gewest, op verzoek van de afdelingen van de MIVB of van haar toezichthoudend kabinet.
* Het kabinet van toezicht helpen bij het formuleren van antwoorden op parlementaire vragen over de MIVB.
* Actief bijdragen aan het juridisch bewustzijn binnen de MIVB door middel van interne opleiding.
* Zorgen voor juridische controle in privaatrechtelijke aangelegenheden.
* Bijdragen tot de voortdurende verbetering van de juridische diensten binnen de MIVB. Profiel * Je hebt een master in Belgisch recht.
* Je hebt al relevante ervaring op het gebied van ondernemingsrecht in brede zin, opgedaan in de advocatuur of als bedrijfsjurist.e
* Je beschikt over uitstekende juridische reflexen en kunt zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband nauwgezet werken.
* Ervaring op het gebied van vastgoedrecht is een pluspunt voor deze functie.
* Je beschikt over basiskennis van het aanbestedingsrecht en het bestuursrecht of bent bereid uw kennis op deze gebieden in de nabije toekomst te ontwikkelen.
* Je spreekt Frans of Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van de tweede landstaal. Kennis van het Engels is een pluspunt.
* Je persoonlijke kwaliteiten: goede interpersoonlijke vaardigheden en teamgeest, goed kunnen luisteren en relevante informatie kunnen vinden, klantgerichtheid, analytische en oplossingsgerichte geest, intellectuele autonomie, neutraliteit, goed bestand tegen druk, goed prioriteitenbeheer, goede schrijf- en communicatievaardigheden, snel aanpassingsvermogen.
