Managing data in line with CEN and CENELEC rules and strict time frames:
- Manual data entry in various databases upon internal/external requests:
- Create and maintain information about standardization projects
- Create, assign and maintain users in the relevant platforms
- Create and maintain specific groups’ structure in the relevant platforms
- Archive justifications for modifications in line with internal rules and conventions
- Perform systematic data validation and use quality reports for monitoring data integrity.
- Check projects information and launch procedures in line with the rules and within the set target dates
- Carry out review of related documents and in case of incoherences, correct them and/or coordinate with relevant experts for clarification
- Review and quality check of own documents in line with specific checklists
- Knowledge of the rules and their connection with relevant processes
- Searching if data is available, complete and accurate
- Analysing data against the rules in conjunction with existing records
- Transforming raw data into meaningful, valuable and structured information to support informed decision making processes
- Seek advice and validation from relevant experts on projects and related decisions
- Coordinate with internal and external parties in relation to the projects’ decisions
- Coordinate with internal and external parties for managing relevant accesses and roles
- Inform relevant parties on updates and answer questions about projects’ status
- Trigger stakeholders for incoming data
- First line support on application of business rules to be reflected in databases/platforms, including information/onboarding sessions on the use of databases/platforms
- Identify the needs and contribute to the definition of requirements for technical developments, including automation of data handling processes
- Support the development of IT solutions, test them and contribute to post-deployment maintenance.
- Contribute to the update of the Quality Management System for the relevant documentation (procedures, user manuals, forms, etc.)
This job requires:
- a high capability for prioritization and flexibility
- the ability to understand rules and comply with them, whilst adhering to strict deadlines
- curiosity to learn as the set of processes and rules evolve constantly
- Have a Bachelor Degree with at least 1 to 2 year experience providing administrative services
- Write and speak in native level English (other European languages are an asset)
- Prioritise and work independently (think ahead, anticipate problems)

- Communicate firmly and decisively to achieve desired results
- Present ideas and/or raise issues concisely
