Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheid is het aankoopproces beheren, van het definiëren van businessnoden tot het onderhandelen over en afsluiten van contracten met leveranciers, al dan niet in het kader van openbare aanbestedingen.
Je beheert relaties met leveranciers, niet enkel om te voldoen aan de kwaliteitsnormen, leveringstermijnen en algemene voorwaarden, maar ook om ervoor te zorgen dat de contracten altijd worden afgestemd op de behoeften van het bedrijf.
Je maakt deel uit van een team aankoopprofessionals en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Procurement Coordinator.
Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Frans (moedertaalniveau) en goede mondelinge en schriftelijke vaardigheden in het Engels en het Nederlands.
Je bent bekend met de meest gebruikelijke MS Office-programma's (Word, Excel, enz.). Kennis van het SAP is een troef.
