afarax is looking for a freelance Business Process Analyst. Our client in the banking sector, is seeking an experienced Business Process Analyst to strengthen their team.
Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements related to the new processes
Regression Testing: Conduct regression testing in consultation with the business stakeholders
Change Management: Develop training materials for stakeholder adoption and understanding.
Decision Validation: Collaborate with the team to validate decisions, ensuring alignment with project goals and business requirements.
IT-Business Liaison: Facilitate communication between IT and business teams.
Serve as the point of contact for the new processes and coordinate team needs.
Stakeholder Management: Consider team needs and interdependencies for a holistic approach.
Experience Level: Medior Business Analyst with experience in GRC projects.
Stakeholder Management: Strong communication skills to engage with a wide range of business teams with diverging requirements.
Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Languages: Native French and/or Dutch and proficiency in English
