Title: IT Business Analyst – Energy Sector Description: We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to support projects in the energy sector, a highly regulated environment where compliance and precision are essential. The role involves analysing business processes, gathering requirements, and supporting IT solution implementation aligned with regulatory standards. Responsibilities: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to shape IT solutions. Define project goals, deliverables, timelines, and resources. Analyse and document AS-IS and TO-BE processes. Gather and document business and functional requirements. Perform data analysis and reporting to support decisions. Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies. Recommend IT solutions and support design, testing, and validation. Maintain clear documentation of findings and decisions. Oversee IT project implementation and ensure compliance. Provide training and support for new systems. Requirements: Experience as an IT Business Analyst. Fluent in French or Dutch, plus English. Experience in Agile environments. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure. Nice to Have: Knowledge of finance processes from an IT perspective. SAP experience. Familiarity with Sparx Enterprise Architect. Experience in regulated industries (energy, utilities, finance). BPMN diagram proficiency.
