Voor een productiebedrijf met hoofdzetel te Brugge, zijn we op zoek naar een IT Manager. De firma stelt ongeveer 250 medewerkers te werk. Focus van de job ligt voornamelijk op IT Applicaties en het creëren van een gunstig IT Landschap die in lijn ligt met de verdere strategie van het bedrijf. De IT Manager zal een IT team van 4 personen aansturen, alsook externe IT partners. Functie Als IT Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het IT team (2 ERP analisten, 2 infra/it support). Je staat in nauw contact met de business, je analyseert de noden en vertaalt deze naar de juiste oplossing voor het bedrijf. Je draagt bij tot de keuze van nieuwe systemen, je geeft advies over elke te nemen investering en je blijft zelf ook uitkijken naar nieuwe technologieën. Gezien het kleine IT team en de tijdelijke uitval van een ERP analist, zal de functie ook heel hands-on zijn: je zal zelf ook in het ERP systeem MS Dynamics AX/F&O moeten duiken. Je staat in voor de planning en het beheer van de IT projecten, je zorgt voor een duidelijke structuur in de verschillende fases van de projecten. Je volgt de kwaliteit, de timing en het budget nauwkeurig op via een gedegen projectplan. Als IT Manager bewaak je ook het IT landschap / de IT Enterprise Architectuur. Je signaleert knelpunten en neemt actie waar nodig, je rapporteert wekelijks over de vooruitgang van de verschillende projecten. Je zorgt ervoor dat het "change-effect" tot in alle lagen van de organisatie doordringt. Je stuurt de externe partners aan, en bewaakt de IT budgetten. Enkele IT projecten die op de planning staan zijn: -2 sites moeten nog overgaan van MS Dynamics AX naar MS Dynamics 365 F&O -PowerBI -Weegbrug integreren in ERP systeem -Komende overname bedrijf: ook dit bedrijf mee integreren op MS Dynamics F&O Profiel Je hebt ervaring binnen productie. Goede kennis van productieprocessen is een must Je hebt sterke analytische en organisatorische vaardigheden (liefst Master niveau). Je hebt ervaring binnen MS Dynamics implementaties (AX of F&O of NAV of BC). Je hebt ervaring als project manager en IT manager. Je kan een lange termijn visie uitstippelen, communiceren en waarmaken. Je bent flexibel, je kan realistisch inschatten wat effectief dringend is en/of belangrijk. Je communiceert op een vlotte en open manier. Je werkt graag in een “no nonsense” cultuur. Je bent bereid je te verplaatsen naar andere vestigingen (gemiddeld 1 keer per maand).
