As an Exsolvæ Consultant, you’ll join our expert community of "Solvers" specialists who not only master advanced AI but thrive through continuous learning and collaborative innovation. We are seeking an experienced Consultant specializing in Generative AI and intelligent (Agentic) systems. Client Engagement: Collaborate directly with client teams to identify opportunities where Generative and Agentic AI solutions can significantly enhance their operations. ~ Implement cutting-edge generative models for use cases like text and content generation, customer support automation, and predictive analysis. ~ Technical Expertise: Lead the end-to-end lifecycle from model development and fine-tuning to robust deployment on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). ~ Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in Data Science or AI-focused roles, with proven expertise in Generative and Agentic AI. Strong Python skills, experience with AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and practical knowledge of generative AI toolkits (OpenAI, Hugging Face). Cloud Fluency: Hands-on experience deploying AI models and systems using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Languages: Fluent in English (mandatory). Fluent in either French or Dutch (mandatory), ideally both. Excellent communication, strong problem-solving abilities, and capacity to effectively interface with client teams and stakeholders. Experience in fine-tuning and customizing large language models (LLMs). Previous consultancy experience or demonstrated client-facing roles. Strong business acumen to align AI solutions with strategic client goals.
