Internship - Corporate Governance Officer (12 months)

- Duration: 12 months
- Company presence: Full time or Part-time (80% - 1 school day per week)
- Prerequisite : a tripartite internship agreement signed with your school
- Involved in all matters linked to the functioning of the governance bodies of the Manco, according to the local regulation ;
- Contribute to maintain the highest standards as far as the Manco’s corporate governance is concerned.
- Aware of the rules of both internal and external constraints to assist the Board/the Executive Committee in any decision-making process.
- Maintaining and monitoring of the documentation pertaining to the Corporate records of the Manco.
- Dispatch of public information and documentation.
- Mandatory declarations and reportings to regulator and administrative bodies in due time or when requested.
- Liaising with Group colleagues for all governance-related matters.
- Contribute to driving change and improvement in corporate governance.
- Pursuing a Bachelor or University degree in legal/paralegal/compliance
- Knowledge in Governance good practices,
- Excellent communication skills, ability to multi-task,
- Comfortable interacting with top management,
- Detail-oriented, highly organised and with problem-solving skills,

- Discretion in handling confidential information,
- Perfect command of French and English. Other European languages would be considered as an asset.
