The division is responsible for some of theGroup’s key innovations while sustaining business operations and developing custodian and fundsadministration services. You will be a member of the Quality Control & Mobile team , reporting to the head of the team. In this roleyou will work on quality-control-related activities for the three teams (FA, TA and PETAL) and occasionally helpthe production teams during peak periods. Start date: ASAP
Duration: 12 months
Employment rate: Full time or Part-time (80% - 1 school day per week)
Prerequisite : a tripartite internship agreement signed with your school
Your roleYou will assist our Quality Control & Mobile team for the fund operation processes:
  • Support operational teams in their daily tasks
  • Identifying areas of improvement in terms of the process and control framework
  • Contributing to the implementation of key quality control deliverables such as KPIs and theprocedure framework review
  • Contributing to any other transversal project aimed at improving service delivery

  • Experience in process and data analysis
  • Flexibility and agility
  • Very good interpersonal skills
  • Project management and organizational skills
  • Spoken fluency in English and French
  • Good Excel and PowerPoint skills
