Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou als Business Manager voor ons uitzendkantoor te Anderlecht.
Een greep uit je takenpakket:
- Commercieel leiderschap: Jij zorgt ervoor dat we altijd kansen benutten, nieuwe klanten aantrekken en bestaande relaties uitbreiden. Jij bepaalt samen met je team de strategie om onze marktpositie verder te versterken.
- Financieel management: Je hebt oog voor de cijfers en zorgt ervoor dat we de doelstellingen behalen, budgetten beheren en de resultaten optimaal blijven. Jij houdt de vinger aan de pols wat betreft omzet en marges.
- Operationele verantwoordelijkheid: Je zorgt ervoor dat de processen soepel verlopen. Van administratie tot plaatsing van medewerkers – jij bewaakt de kwaliteit en efficiëntie van onze dienstverlening.
- Teamleiding en coaching: Jij inspireert en motiveert je team om de beste prestaties neer te zetten. Je biedt coaching en ondersteuning om de talenten binnen je team verder te ontwikkelen. Jij zorgt voor een gezonde werksfeer en een cultuur van samenwerking en succes.
- Klantrelaties: Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten en zorgt ervoor dat zij altijd de beste service krijgen. Je denkt strategisch met hen mee over hun personeelsbehoeften en draagt oplossingen aan die hen verder helpen.
Wat verwachten wij?
- Ervaring als manager: Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een commerciële rol, bij voorkeur in de uitzendbranche, en weet hoe je een team succesvol aanstuurt.
- Commercieel en financieel inzicht: Je hebt ervaring met het behalen van commerciële doelstellingen, het beheren van budgetten en het optimaliseren van de resultaten.
- Leiderschap en coaching: Je bent een natuurlijke leider die het beste uit je team haalt. Je bent een coach die de ontwikkeling van teamleden centraal stelt.
- Resultaatgericht: Je weet hoe je doelstellingen moet stellen en behalen, en je hebt de drive om het succes van zowel je team als het bedrijf te vergroten.
- Operationele scherpzinnigheid: Je hebt oog voor detail, kunt processen stroomlijnen en zorgt ervoor dat alles efficiënt en effectief verloopt.
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden: Je bent in staat om zowel met je team als met klanten helder en overtuigend te communiceren.
