Kind of missions You will support clients in transforming and digitalizing their HR organization by defining the right operating model, optimizing processes, implementing the right tools, and ensuring that people remain at the heart of the transformation. You will work within client teams, becoming a trusted partner who helps bridge HR, technology, and human adoption. Examples of projects : Design and implement scalable, future-ready HR ecosytem tailored to employee and organizational business strategies. Analyze HR process and operations to identify opportunities for optimization, digitalization and employee-centric improvement. Collaborate with HR, business, and technology partners to ensure alignment between HR strategies and business goals. Help HR teams be ready for tomorrow's business and employee expectations. Who are we looking for ? We are looking for a new colleague to strengthen ngage expertise on HR topics : You either have experience in HR roles such as HRBP, HR project manager, talent manager, HR consulting...OR experience in working on cultural transformation or/and on change management. Above that you can demonstrate : Experience in HR digital project management Strong background in HR process review & optimization Understanding of HR operating models Ability to work collaboratively within client teams A strong human orientation: adoption, communication, empathy A natural interest in HR technology, HRIS ecosystems Project management skills Ability to build relationships, and manage stakeholders, both internally and externally to your organization. Intrapreneurial mindset Fluent in French or Dutch with a good working knowledge of the second country language and English Why should you join us ?
