You will support clients in transforming and digitalizing their HR organization by defining the right operating model, optimizing processes, implementing the right tools, and ensuring that people remain at the heart of the transformation.
You will work within client teams, becoming a trusted partner who helps bridge HR, technology, and human adoption.
Help HR teams be ready for tomorrow's business and employee expectations.
You either have experience in HR roles such as HRBP, HR project manager, talent manager, HR consulting...Ability to work collaboratively within client teams
Fluent in French or Dutch with a good working knowledge of the second country language and English
Help organizations excel in customer experience, operational excellence, people & organizations, digital, and sustainability.
