Become Financial Controller in Brussels and own multi-entity accounting, project cost control, and treasury operations, where you'll optimize capital expenditure and directly enable business expansion across four European markets. Responsibilities as Financial Controller Manage financial closing and reporting for Belgian entities and SPVs to ensure statutory compliance and deliver variance analyses that guide executive decisions Control capital expenditure across infrastructure projects by reconciling costs against budgets to identify financial risks early and protect project margins Handle full accounting cycle including AP/AR, general ledger, and balance sheet reconciliations to maintain audit readiness and investor confidence Manage treasury activities including cash flow reporting, loan administration, VAT returns, and intercompany transactions to optimize liquidity across four countries What You Bring as Financial Controller Minimum 5 years of experience in financial control or accounting Master's in Finance or Accountancy Fluent in French and English, Dutch is a big plus The Offer €80,000 - €100,000 gross annual salary (depending on your experience) Mobility package or company car providing flexible transportation Meal vouchers and comprehensive group & health insurance 25 vacation days plus remote work flexibility (2 days weekly) Full equipment provided (laptop, mobile) for seamless hybrid working High autonomy and independence allowing you to own processes Direct contribution to financial strategy and cross-border exposure to finance operations across Europe Clear advancement potential toward senior finance positions as the organization expands Hands-on involvement in large-scale infrastructure projects with international scope Learning and growth opportunities including project finance and SPV structures Growing organization with expanding European operations offering genuine career development as new markets open Interested?
