Located in Brussels, we are looking for a **Financial Controller** to join our team.
**What will you be doing?**
- Responsible for the monthly/quarterly/yearly reporting of all affiliates
- Develop financial dashboard and KPI's
- Responsible for budget/forecast processes
- Analyse actual performance vs benchmark and propose corrective actions
- Reconciliation of sales and cost of sales
- Monitor cash-flow and treasury
- Update and implement financial policies and procedures
- Working with auditors to ensure financial compliance
**Who are you?**
- Master’s degree In Finance/accounting
- 4-5 years experience in controlling
- Strong accounting/finance background
- Financial modelling
- Analytical skills
- IFRS knowledge
- Experience with accounting softwares
- Results oriented
- Act proactively and independently
- Languages: fluent French/English (any other language can be an asset)
- Enjoy working in a dynamic environment with remote teams
