**A JOB THAT INSPIRES YOU**: **Project controlling** - You will review and monitor project budgets from project initiation phase up to the closure of the project. - You will monitor and follow-up the implementation phases of the projects in close collaboration with Project managers, the Administrative Hub and the accounting team. - You will approve budgets, Purchase orders and invoice allocation in the ERP system. - You will review and validate the outgoing customer’s invoices and follow-up customer payments in collaboration with Project Managers. **Financial analysis** - You will prepare and coordinate project audits together with the Project Managers and Project Administrators; - You will ensure proper, accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and yearly closure and reporting of project financials and make sure project margins are secured and in line with budgets. - You will report any potential issues you identify to the Project Managers and Senior Controller Manager in a timely manner and propose effective solutions. **Compliance** - You will ensure Compliance requirements are met for all the projects in your portfolio, in close collaboration with the Project Managers, Administrative Hub and the Compliance Officer; - You will ensure project expenses are compliant with company policies and procedures. - You will work in close collaboration with Project Managers, Administrative Hub and Accounting. **A BACKGROUND THAT CONVINCES US**: - You hold a degree in Finance and/or Accounting; - You have a first experience (< 2 years) in a finance controlling role; - You have a genuine interest in B&S Europe’s mission and recognise yourself in our values: honesty, empathy, professionalism and dynamism; - You are comfortable using new software’s and have excellent knowledge of the MS Office suit, in particular Excel; - You have excellent communication skills in French and English, both verbal and written; - You are able to work in a team but also independently; - You enjoy performing controlling tasks with sometimes tight deadlines; - You pride yourself in delivering high quality work, that your colleagues can rely on; - You enjoy following internal guidelines and procedures and you are able to make sure others follow the same guidelines and procedures; - Above all, you are a true team player with a friendly, open personality and a sense of humour. **AN ENVIRONMENT THAT MOTIVATES YOU**: - A permanent contract; - Flexible working hours with 2 days of remote working per week - after the first 6 months; - In-house trainings for usage of all company systems and tools; - A great place to work with a team of highly motivated professionals; - The opportunity to work in a truly diverse and multicultural organisation helping to make the world a better place. **READY FOR CHANGE?**: Do you want to become part of our team?
