Leefmilieu Brussel is de tweetalige milieu- en energie administratie van het Brussels Hoofdstedelijk Gewest.
Wij staan in voor een brede waaier aan activiteiten op het vlak van leefmilieu met als opdracht te streven naar meer levenskwaliteit voor alle Brusselaars. Het departement Duurzame mobiliteit heeft als opdracht maatregelen te nemen om de uitstoot van het vervoer te verminderen. Ze vereisen bijzondere aandacht om de burgers zo goed mogelijk te begeleiden. Functieomschrijving Als "Content manager & ondersteuning voor burgers" is het jouw doel ervoor te zorgen dat de burgers goed en begrijpelijk worden geïnformeerd en hun procedures worden vergemakkelijkt. Je signaleert proactief en op basis van contacten met burgers mogelijke verbeteringen voor de gebruikers op het vlak van de content van de website, applicaties, technische moeilijkheden, enz. en stelt oplossingen voor;
• Je rapporteert de noden aan evolutie en verbetering aan het IT-team, met name door deel te nemen aan de wekelijkse vergaderingen en door de aangereikte oplossingen op te volgen;
• Je zorgt ervoor dat de content en functionaliteiten op de website correct zijn en in overeenstemming met de LEZ-wetgeving en dat in de 4 aangeboden talen (NL, FR, EN en DE). Je houdt actief de content van de LEZ-website up-to-date.
Je staat de burgers ook bij in het uitvoeren van hun administratieve procedures in het kader van de LEZ en de Brussel'Air-premie.
• In het geval van een technisch probleem probeer je het probleem te identificeren en, indien nodig, rapporteer je het aan het relevante IT-team en volg je de oplossing ervan op.
• Indien nodig verleen je steun aan het fysieke loket in Leefmilieu Brussel om de premieaanvragers te begeleiden
• Profiel Bachelor
* Kandidaten die hun diploma hebben behaald in een land buiten de Benelux kunnen aan de selectie deelnemen op voorwaarde dat hun diploma door de Vlaamse of Franse Gemeenschap werd gelijkgesteld. Je kunt je in het Frans en in het Nederlands vlot en duidelijk uitdrukken, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
Kennis van het Engels en/of Duits is een troef
Office-tools . Kennis van een web content creatie- en management tool (CMS) is gewenst
