Momenteel kijken we uit naar versterking voor hun 18-koppig customer experience team in de vorm van een gedreven teamleader die een customer care team van 9 collega's day-to-day zou aansturen. Jouw rol? Je analyseert en optimaliseert de huidige processen met het oog op customer centricity, digitalisering en people.
