At Relu, we're growing and looking for an ABM-driven marketer who owns pipeline outcomes. Relu: Improving Dentistry with AI Relu is an AI scale-up based in Leuven that is transforming dentistry through automated dental design services. Dental labs are under pressure: A growing shortage of skilled digital technicians Rising demand for fast, patient-specific dental care Our mission is to automate the repetitive and time-consuming parts of dental CAD design, so: Labs scale without adding headcount Dentists deliver care faster Patients get timely, high-quality treatment Thousands of dental professionals already rely on Relu, a number that keeps growing. Your Role: Own the Pipeline You own turning a defined list of dental labs into a predictable pipeline. This is an account-based role, not a lead-gen role. Success is measured in activated accounts, meetings, and conversion efficiency. ️ What you'll do: Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Own ABM for a market of ~20,000 dental labs in EU & US Build, segment, and prioritize account lists by lab type, maturity, and persona Adapt messaging per segment and decision-maker Outbound Execution Design, run, and iterate outbound campaigns Experiment aggressively, scale what works, kill what doesn't Collaborate closely with sales on targeting and sequencing Inbound Conversion Optimization Increase trust and conversion across inbound touchpoints Draft case studies, landing pages, and proof-driven content Improve account-to-meeting conversion rates Pipeline Ownership & Measurement Own the funnel from account → SQL → Meeting Track conversion rates and cost per conversion Use data to decide what to double down on next What we're looking for: 2+ years of hands-on experience with CRM-driven ABM 1+ years of commercial ownership - you feel pipeline gaps personally Strong English writing and positioning skills, adaptable per segment Experience in medtech or other trust-based B2B buying environments Strong bias to action: ship fast, iterate weekly, learn in public Tight alignment with sales: incorporate objections into messaging continuously Intellectual honesty: you know when something isn't working, and act on it Regular presence in our Leuven office Our Commercial Stack: Outbound: Hubspot, Clay, Reply Inbound: Hubspot, Webflow Why Relu?
