We zoeken een leider die strategie koppelt aan technisch inzicht en menselijkheid. Jij beheert een grote vloot en al het rollen materiaal (bv. heftrucks,...) met een groot budget. Je geeft richting aan verschillende teams en bouwt een dienst uit die klaar is voor de toekomst. Je bepaalt de koers. Je scherp je processen aan. Je tilt de werking van onze klant naar een hoger niveau. Wat je doet Je bouwt een langetermijnstrategie voor onze vloot en aanverwante assets. Je stuurt drie grote teams aan. Samen goed voor zo'n 50 collega's. Je zet een duidelijke investeringsstrategie uit. Je kiest de juiste types voertuigen en materialen, in lijn met onze bedrijfsdoelen. Je leidt alle onderhouds- en herstellingsactiviteiten. Je beheert de relaties en contracten met externe servicepartners. Je pakt data, prestaties en kosten structureel vast. Je volgt KPI's op en initieert optimalisaties. Je beheert CAPEX en OPEX en bereidt investeringsdossiers voor. Je zorgt dat we compliant blijven op vlak van regelgeving en verzekeringen. Je bouwt een opleidingsaanpak uit voor gebruikers en diensten. Je versterkt onze veiligheidscultuur, elke dag opnieuw. Je volgt technologische evoluties op en duwt digitalisering, innovatie en duurzaamheid vooruit. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de directie. Wie jij bent Je hebt een master in een technische of bedrijfskundige richting. Of je ervaring toont dat je op dat niveau denkt& handelt. Je brengt minstens 10 jaar leidinggevende ervaring mee in fleet, equipment, assetbeheer of operations. Je kent CMMS-systemen en gebruikt ze als hefboom. Je denkt analytisch en strategisch. Je optimaliseert kosten en processen zonder de realiteit van de werkvloer uit het oog te verliezen. Je combineert technische en financiële maturiteit. Je kent de impact van keuzes op TCO, rendement en betrouwbaarheid. Je bent een people manager met een scherp oog voor samenwerking en verandering. Je communiceert helder en verbindt verschillende teams rond één verhaal. Je kent de relevante wetgeving en normen. Kennis van verduurzaming of elektrificatie is mooi meegenomen. Aanbod?
