NZ Vakanties vzw is een sociale toeristische organisatie met hoofdzetel in Brussel. Ter versterking van ons administratief team in Brussel (Sint-Gillis) zijn wij op zoek naar een nauwkeurige en mensgerichte HR Officer.
Als HR Officer ondersteun, coördineer en optimaliseer je de loonadministratie en het personeelsbeleid binnen onze organisatie. Je combineert operationele en administratieve HR-taken met een adviserende rol naar management en medewerkers. Je fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor HR-gerelateerde vragen en waakt over een correcte toepassing van de sociale wetgeving (PC 302).
Ondersteuning bij onboarding, evaluaties, opleidingen en uitdiensttredingen.
Beheer van HR-software (o.a. Strobbo, MySDWorx) en correcte dataverwerking.
Opmaak van maandelijkse en jaarlijkse HR-rapporteringen.
Professionele bachelor of master in HRM, Psychologie, Rechten (sociaal recht) of gelijkwaardig.
Grondige kennis van sociale wetgeving en paritair comité 302.
Vlotte kennis van Nederlands en Frans.
Sterke administratieve en organisatorische vaardigheden.
IT-minded en vlot met digitale HR-tools.
Een afwisselende en maatschappelijk relevante functie binnen een mensgerichte organisatie.

Wij bieden een contract binnen PC 302, een correcte verloning volgens barema en ruimte voor professionele ontwikkeling
