JUNIOR COMPLIANCE OFFICER

An opportunity for a Junior Compliance Officer is open at a unique, flexible, and open-minded one-stop-shop service provider. The company offers investment fund services, corporate services, and asset management. You will be working within the compliance team of the fund management department, the client portfolio will be more on alternative investment funds structures. The company offers additional training for this role, allowing you to grow and have more responsibilities over the years.We are seeking a motivated Junior Compliance Officer fluent in both French and English to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in audit, particularly in the field of Alternative Funds . We are looking for someone detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling a variety of tasks in both fund and corporate services. This is an ideal opportunity to switch to compliance after 2 years in audit. The main task would be to
Tracking and sending KPIs for administered funds
Tracking and sending received due diligence reports
Monitoring and analyzing due diligence on delegated entities
Assisting with the issuance of external AML reports from the auditor (21/788)
Assisting with the preparation and filing of RC reports to the CSSF via eDesk
Assisting with the preparation of AML and risk assessment reports for the relevant funds
Monitoring transactions for domiciled companies
AML review of files for domiciled companies
AML review of counterparties files
Assisting with AML/KYC analysis for Asset Management mandates
Assisting with gap analysis reviews of various procedures and policies
Daily review of flagged hits from the ongoing screening process
Profile Requirements:
~ Open to various educational backgrounds, with a Bachelor's Degree minimum
~2 years of experience in audit working with Alternatives Investments Funds
~ Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
~ Excel proficiency is required
~ Fluency in French and English required
