Dan is deze rol als Talent Acquisition Specialist iets voor jou Functieomschrijving In deze rol ben jij de drijvende kracht achter het wervingsproces en speel je een cruciale rol binnen het HR-team: Je zoekt en identificeert geschikte kandidaten via diverse rekruteringkanalen , zowel online als offline. Je screent CV’s en voert telefonische en face-to-face interviews . Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de opvolging van kandidaten, met een focus op Franstalige profielen . Je begeleidt het selectieproces volledig van A tot Z en onderhoudt nauw contact met interne stakeholders. Je neemt eigenaarschap over vacatures en treedt op als ambassadeur van de organisatie . Je ondersteunt HR-projecten zoals Employer Branding, Campus Recruitment en optimalisatie van de jobsite . Je werkt samen met een enthousiast en professioneel HR-team en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Recruitment Manager. Profiel Must Haves Bachelordiploma in HR, Bedrijfskunde of een gelijkwaardige richting. Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in recruitment of talent acquisition. Tweetalig (Nederlands & Frans) , met uitstekende communicatievaardigheden. Ervaring met LinkedIn Recruiter en andere recruitmenttools. Passie voor HR, sterke interpersoonlijke vaardigheden en een proactieve werkhouding. Comfortabel in een groeiende organisatie en bereidheid om initiatief te nemen. Nice to Haves Ervaring met employer branding of campus recruitment projecten. Kennis van social media recruitment en creatieve wervingsstrategieën.
