Jullie rollen:
Back office coördinatie:

- Je biedt administratieve ondersteuning aan recruiters
- Je volgt de gepubliceerde vacatures proactief op om te garanderen dat ze dynamisch en efficiënt worden verspreid onder de beoogde kandidaten
- U onderhoudt nauwe contacten met onze externe dienstverleners (bijv. vacaturebanken, LinkedIn, wervingsbureaus) en scholen/universiteiten om het gebruik van hun diensten door ons team te verbeteren
- U helpt bij de organisatie van jobdagen en andere evenementen

Contractering & onboarding
- U bereidt salarisaanbiedingen en contracten voor aan de geselecteerde kandidaten
- Je werkt nauw samen met andere relevante afdelingen (bv. Compensation & Benefits, Fleet, ICT) om het volledige onboardingproces voor nieuwe aanwervingen te coördineren
- U ondersteunt indien nodig de hiring managers zodat zij, op ad-hoc basis, de onboarding periodes van hun nieuwe medewerkers kunnen opvolgen

Processen, budget en rapportering
- U zorgt ervoor dat alle processen in verband met de activiteiten van ons departement correct worden gedocumenteerd (bv. opstellen en bijwerken van procedures, sjablonen) en tracht deze waar nodig te verbeteren
- Je volgt budgetten en facturatie op
- U stelt diverse rapporten op

Stageplaatsen voor studenten
- U coördineert stageaanvragen en studentenstages

**Profile**
- Een bachelordiploma in officemanagement, HR of sociale wetenschappen
- Relevante ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie
- Een echte affiniteit met HR en administratie
- Sterke administratieve vaardigheden, oog voor detail, en een nauwgezette en goed georganiseerde aanpak
- Het vermogen om zowel in teamverband als zelfstandig te werken
- een klantgerichte instelling
- een sterk gevoel voor discretie en het vermogen om met gevoelige informatie om te gaan
- de nodige flexibiliteit en dynamiek om in een veeleisende en veranderende omgeving te kunnen werken
- vaardigheid in Microsoft Office en idealiter bekendheid met Taleo (of een ander ATS)
- ervaring met het gebruik van sociale media of andere digitale technologieën voor werving
- Uitstekende beheersing van het Frans en het Nederlands en een goede beheersing van het Engels
