This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated young professional to launch an international career in Talent Acquisition (TA), with a key focus on operational recruitment excellence. Based in Brussels, you will be integrated into our TA Center of Expertise (CoE) for the EAMEI (Europe, Africa, Middle East, India) region.
Your primary mission will be to support the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across diverse international roles. You will also dedicate significant time to specialized projects leveraging AI, data analytics, and digital tools to drive process optimization and innovation within the CoE.

As a key contributor focused on both operational excellence and innovation, your core responsibilities are structured as follows:

**II. Digital Innovation & Data Support**
- Data Analytics and Performance: Support the team in gathering, validating, and analyzing recruitment data. Your insights will be crucial for monitoring core KPIs and SLAs, allowing the CoE to translate metrics into continuous process improvements.
- AI & Prompt Support: Assist in the implementation and deployment of new AI-assisted recruitment systems and automation tools. This includes practical work on prompt development and refinement to ensure that automated content (job descriptions, communications) is optimal and brand-aligned.
- Process Standardization: Use your analytical skills to help identify inefficiencies and support projects aimed at maintaining high standards of data integrity and process compliance across the EAMEI region.

**Are you a MATCH?**

This assignment is perfect for a highly motivated graduate or junior professional who prioritizes recruitment experience but is eager to acquire skills in HR technology and data.
- **Experience & Education**:A Master's degree (or equivalent 5 years of higher education) in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Initial experience (internships or first roles) in operational recruitment is highly preferred.
- **Analytical Interest**(A Strong Plus): Demonstrated interest in working with data, and a willingness to learn concepts around AI, prompt engineering, and digital tools.
- **Digital Tools**:Exposure to digital recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ideally Workday or similar ATS).
- **Key VIE Competencies**:You must be agile, flexible, open-minded, a quick learner, and possess a strong team spirit. You should be eager to challenge conventional methods and bring a curious, proactive mindset to the team.
- **Language Requirements**:

- **English**Fluency is Mandatory (working language of the CoE).
- **French**Professional Working Proficiency is Required.
- Proficiency in **Dutch**is a strong asset for local collaboration within Belgium.
- VIE Eligibility: Must meet all mandatory eligibility criteria for the International Corporate Volunteer (VIE) program.

Position based in Brussels, Belgium for a period of 24 months.

The V.I.E., an international young graduate program, enables young professionals who are less than 28 and European Union nationals to work for a French company in any country of the world.
