Marketplace Manager

Bambaw is a growing zero-waste brand which mission is to reduce waste created on earth by developing eco-friendly products and spreading awareness about sustainable living.

We are looking for a marketplace manager to strengthen our marketplace place presence and boost sales.

You will work closely with one of the founders and the marketing team to maintain the marketplace catalogue, drive sales, and further develop our marketplace presence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining the marketplace catalogues up to date and ensuring the products are selling on the listings.
- Driving marketplaces sales and optimising the listings for traffic acquisition and conversion
- Overseeing the PPC campaigns and monitoring the marketplace performance as well as reporting on these.
- Overseeing the customer service related to marketplace sales to ensure high customer ratings.
- Managing a team of external marketplace specialists to develop our marketplace presence and ensure the marketplace catalogue is selling and up to date.
- Monitoring marketplace stock levels as well as being the go-to person for any internal marketplace-related requests.

Must Have Requirements
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in a similar function
- In-depth knowledge of existing marketplaces (Amazon, Bol, Etsy,..)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing
- Good analytical skills
- Pro-active problem solver
- Experience in e-commerce
- Ability to manage a team and plan efficiently
- Bilingual (EN - FR)
- Sustainability-minded
- Team player
