Find out more about the company on their website: In order to strengthen ELEONOR's team, we are looking for a Logistics & Administration Coordinator. Responsibilities As an Operations & Administration Officer, you will play a central role in the coordination of operational, logistical and administrative activities of the company. You will work autonomously while interacting closely with internal teams (research, management, commercial) and external partners (suppliers, logistics providers, clients). Your main responsibilities are: Operations & Production Coordination Plan and coordinate all production activities with external partners Manage raw material (RM) purchasing and related documentation Organize and maintain sample banks Ensure proper documentation management throughout the production lifecycle Logistics & Shipping Organize shipments via DHL, FedEx, UPS or equivalent partners Manage customs clearance and related documentation Ensure accurate tracking and follow-up of shipments Coordinate sample shipments to clients Suppliers & Stock Management Select suppliers, compare offers and negotiate pricing Monitor stocks of raw materials, intermediate products and finished products Follow up laboratory consumables stock Laboratory & Team Support Provide operational support to laboratory researchers Anticipate needs related to consumables, materials and logistics Administrative & Financial Follow-up Follow up on operational accounting activities Manage supplier and client reminders Ensure administrative follow-up of subsidies Commercial & Event Support Prepare logistics for trade fairs and exhibitions Organize business travel and commercial trips Profile Education & Experience Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science or equivalent through experience 3 to 7 years of experience in operations, logistics or supply coordination roles Experience in a scientific, R&D, industrial or regulated environment is a strong asset Experience in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical or food supplements industry is highly desirable Skills & Competencies Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Strong sense of ownership, commitment and reliability Positive mindset and collaborative attitude Ability to work autonomously while interacting with multiple stakeholders Languages Perfectly bilingual French / English (written and spoken) Offer A diversified and central role within a stimulating, innovation-driven environment.
