Om hun groei verder te ondersteunen zoeken ze een HR Officer die mensen en processen mee vorm wil geven. Functie Verantwoordelijk voor het administratief en operationeel beheer van de Personeelsdienst Beheren van de salarisadministratie in samenwerking met het sociaal secretariaat Up-to-date houden met sociale wetgeving en optimaal gebruik van overheidsmaatregelen Ontwikkelen van aanwerving en opleidingsplannen samen met Kwaliteit & Preventie Organiseren van aanwervings- en selectieprocedures Samenwerken met Kwaliteit en Welzijn Aanwezig op de werkvloer en betrokken bij medewerkers Profiel Communicatief sterk met een hands-on mentaliteit Sterke analytische en sociale vaardigheden Stevige persoonlijkheid met een optimistische instelling Coach, motivator en inspirator voor het team Grote verantwoordelijkheidszin Vlot in Nederlands en Frans, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling Minimaal bachelor diploma met enkele jaren ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie Aanbod Een veelzijdige job waarin je meebouwt aan kwaliteit en veiligheid binnen een sterk groeiend, familiaal bedrijf Een warme werkomgeving waar collegialiteit en mensgerichtheid centraal staan Persoonlijke begeleiding door externe coaches Een contract van onbepaalde duur met een aantrekkelijk loonpakket en duidelijke groeitrajecten Maaltijdcheques van €8 per gewerkte dag Optie om 4/5de te werken 32 vakantiedagen
