Onze klant behoort tot de top 3 van de grootste bouwbedrijven in België. Ze zijn gespecialiseerd in gebouwen, infrastructuur en civiele bouw. Ze hebben over de verschillende afdelingen heen een 600-tal werknemers in dienst. Onze klant staat voor een innovatieve aanpak die ze garanderen door de juiste vakmensen in te schakelen en hen te blijven bijscholen. Wil jij deel uitmaken van creatieve en zeer uitdagende projecten? Functieomschrijving Wat ga je doen als Cost Controller? In deze veelzijdige rol vorm jij de brug tussen de technische realiteit van de werven en de financiële rapportering binnen het bedrijf. Jij zorgt ervoor dat projecten financieel onder controle blijven door nauwkeurige opvolging van budgetten, kosten en prognoses.
Voorbereiden van kwartaalprognoses op basis van verzamelde data;
Analyse van projectresultaten en vertaling naar duidelijke conclusies;
Structureren van financiële data voor interne rapportering en strategisch inzicht;
Je behaalde een Master in de Bouwkunde, of volgde een economische opleiding met sterke affiniteit voor de bouwsector;
Je bent analytisch sterk en vlot met Excel en andere standaardtoepassingen;
Groeikansen binnen een stabiel, toekomstgericht bouwbedrijf met stevige reputatie.
