Warehouse
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement logistics strategies aligned with growth and profitability goals.
Operational Excellence: Oversee daily warehouse, transport, and customer service operations to ensure top-tier performance.
Team Leadership: Inspire and guide a team of 18 employees, fostering engagement and accountability.
Inventory & Transport Management: Optimise stock levels, forecasting, and delivery planning.
Optimise transport planning, reduce open orders, and reduce delivery time.
Improve warehouse efficiency and space utilization.
Proven experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain leadership.
Excellent people management and communication skills with a passion for improving employee satisfaction and team morale.
