Functie:
Als Publieke Aankoper ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheren van inkoopprocessen binnen de publieke sector, met inachtneming van de geldende wet- en regelgeving. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende stakeholders en zorgt ervoor dat aanbestedingsprocedures efficiënt en correct worden uitgevoerd.
Verantwoordelijkheden:
Coördinatie van aanbestedingen: Voorbereiden, publiceren en opvolgen van openbare aanbestedingen volgens de relevante wetgeving (wet op overheidsopdrachten).
Leveranciersmanagement: Identificeren, evalueren en selecteren van leveranciers die aan de gestelde eisen voldoen.
Contractbeheer: Onderhandelen en afsluiten van contracten, inclusief het monitoren van de naleving en prestaties van leveranciers.
Risicobeheer: Identificeren van risico's en zorgen voor naleving van de regels en voorschriften inzake overheidsopdrachten.
Stakeholdermanagement: Samenwerken met interne en externe stakeholders om behoeften te begrijpen en te vertalen naar effectieve inkoopstrategieën.
Profiel:
Minimaal een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een relevant vakgebied (economie, rechten, supply chain, enz.).
Ervaring in publieke procurement of kennis van de wetgeving rond overheidsopdrachten.
Sterke analytische en organisatorische vaardigheden.
Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
Vloeiend in het Nederlands; kennis van Frans en/of Engels is een pluspunt.
Proactieve houding en een sterk probleemoplossend vermogen.
