Are you a nurse who enjoys sharing clinical expertise and supporting colleagues in improving patient care? As a Clinical Consultant you work closely with healthcare professionals across hospitals and home care settings, combining hands-on clinical knowledge with coaching and training to support the safe and effective use of medical solutions.

You will work as a MindCapture consultant for an international market leader in the healthcare industry.
Support clinical activities in hospitals and home care facilities across BeLux
Plan and deliver product trainings, demonstrations, and clinical evaluations
Coach and mentor nurses and support their professional and clinical development
Collaborate closely with the sales team during customer visits, tenders, and implementations
Manage and support change management related to new products and clinical practices
Work independently in the field while remaining closely connected to the BeLux team
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
Clinical experience as a nurse, ideally in continence care, urology, or home care
Fluent in Dutch and French; English is an asset
Self-driven, well organised, and comfortable working independently and in cross-functional teams
