You will work as a MindCapture consultant for an international market leader in the healthcare industry. Job description Support clinical activities in hospitals and home care facilities across BeLux Plan and deliver product trainings, demonstrations, and clinical evaluations Coach and mentor nurses and support their professional and clinical development Collaborate closely with the sales team during customer visits, tenders, and implementations Provide clinical input during product introductions, protocol changes, and care pathway updates Manage and support change management related to new products and clinical practices Work independently in the field while remaining closely connected to the BeLux team Report customer feedback, clinical findings, and project progress in a clear and structured way Be flexibly deployable across Belgium and Luxembourg based on business and customer needs Requirements Bachelor's degree in Nursing Clinical experience as a nurse, ideally in continence care, urology, or home care Strong clinical credibility with excellent communication, teaching, and presentation skills Fluent in Dutch and French; English is an asset Willingness to travel frequently across the BeLux region Ideally based in Brussels or centrally located for daily travel Self-driven, well organised, and comfortable working independently and in cross-functional teams Are you ready to make a real difference in healthcare?
