The Opportunity We are currently seeking an Associate/Manager to join a highly dynamic and rapidly expanding restructuring practice within a leading European startegy advisory boutique in Brussels . This role offers exposure to complex turnaround situations across a wide range of sectors, with meaningful responsibility from day one. Your Role Lead financial restructuring and business recovery projects for mid-sized and large clients. Coordinate the development of turnaround strategies, cash flow analysis, and stakeholder presentations. Serve as a key client contact, guiding negotiations and strategic discussions. Mentor junior consultants and analysts through complex mandates. Actively support business development and contribute to pitch processes. Ideal Background Master's degree in Finance, Business, or related fields. Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in restructuring, transaction services, or financial advisory. Advanced modeling and liquidity planning skills. Fluent English. Adaptable, proactive, and eager to take ownership in a collaborative setting. Why Consider This Role?
