Robert Half is momenteel op zoek naar een Accounts Payable Boekhouder (M/V/X) voor een vast contract van onbepaalde duur . Het bedrijf, een onderzoekscentrum voor de wegenbouwsector, is gelegen aan de oostkant van Brussel. Als Accounts Payable Boekhouder zijn uw verantwoordelijkheden als volgt : Verwerken van onkostennota's; Inboeken van aankoopfacturen; Opvolgen van betalingen en versturen van rappels; Controle van leveranciersbalansen; Boeken van bankuitreksels; Assistentie bij maandafsluiting; Reconciliatie en controle van de algemene kostenrekeningen en balansposten; Opvolging en afsluiting van huurafrekeningen. De vereiste kwalificaties voor deze functie van Accounts Payable Boekhouder zijn: Beschikken over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in boekhouding; Uitstekende beheersing van het Frans en het Nederlands hebben, een goede kennis van het Engels is een troef; Durven om suggesties te formuleren om zo bestaande processen te verbeteren.
