You will be responsible for the management of trade receivables and accounting, taxation, and treasury activities in the broadest sense for the Belgian branch of Eni . (Belgian Branch) active on the Benelux market. You will report to the Treasury & Credit Manager of the Belgian Branch. As a member of the CFO department at Eni . you will be responsible for : ·Receivables management and monitoring, including frequent customer contacts (languages: French, Dutch, and English). ·Making payments to suppliers. ·Daily reconciliation of bank statements. ·Fast and accurate processing of all bank transactions. ·Support for the periodic closing of the accounts of Eni . Belgian Branch, as well as the justification of the accounts to the auditors. ·Documentation of internal controls for financial reporting (SOX audit); ·Maintaining contacts and collaborating with other departments within the Eni Group (both locally in Brussels and with the head office in Milan); ·Assistance with accounts payable for the Belgian subsidiary of Eni . This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements : ·bachelor's degree in accounting or in finance or economics. ·Long experience in a similar role (invoicing, treasury, audit). ·knowledge of Dutch, English and French, both written and spoken. ·familiar with the usual MS-Office applications (Excel, Word & Outlook) and preferably already have experience of SAP. ·good affinity with figures and data management.
