Project Management
Manage, plan and coordinate all aspects of Customer Success projects from initiation through to delivery.
Manage project initiation activities including identifying contractual obligations, Customer requirements and goals, necessary contacts and access to existing information as needed.
Proactively interact with dev, product, sales, Customer Success teams and other cross-functional teams to drive the success of projects.
Manage project risks, issues/problems and activity progress to ensure project goals, such as deadlines, milestones, scope and quality are achieved.
Conduct project closure activities to formalise and communicate the project acceptance, handover documentation and ongoing activities to accountable teams and complete a post-implementation review to identify areas of ;
Identify project management process gaps or areas for improvement. Leverage data, metrics and insights to help build and strengthen the CS function.
