At VILS , we drive innovation in Life Sciences and Novel Foods by designing and constructing state-of-the-art lab’s and cleanrooms. As an international partner, we design, lead and supervise investment projects from process analysis to fully functional labs and cleanrooms - ensuring every facility is perfectly aligned with the production processes.
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead complex lab and cleanroom projects from concept to completion. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget, while leading multidisciplinary teams and building strong client relationships. Select and manage resources, suppliers and assets confirming that the project is well-equipped to meet goals.
Managing risks and change requests with a proactive and structured approach.
Preparing proposals for EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) and EPCM (Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management) projects, both standard commercial offers and formal RFP quotes.
Maintain clear and ongoing communication with all stakeholders, throughout the project lifecycle, including the own team.
To excel in the role of Project Manager , you should possess the following qualifications:
Proven project management experience in the early phase of engineering projects, ideally EPC/EPCM.
Hands-on experience with scope definition, scheduling, and critical-path management in complex projects.

Full proficiency in English is required. Knowledge of Dutch is considered an asset, and proficiency in German is regarded as a strong advantage.
Safety training or strong safety awareness is essential, along with a strong commitment to upholding safety standards.
