•Vous organiserez des réunions ordinaires et extraordinaires.
•Vous rédigerez et reverrez différents types de documents légaux, tels que des procès-verbaux, des résolutions ou encore des accords.
•Vous participerez à la constitution et à la liquidation de votre portefeuille de clients, incluant l’ouverture et la fermeture de comptes bancaires, ainsi que les liaisons avec les notaires et les avocats.
•Il vous sera demandé d’assurer la vérification des souscriptions, incluant le respect des lois en matière d' AML/KYC . Profil et parcours | Corporate Secretary – Finance – Droit – Fiduciaire - Droit •Vous avez au moins 1 an d’expérience en tant que Corporate Officer dans un environnement similaire, ce qui vous permettra de vous familiariser plus facilement avec votre nouveau cadre de travail.
•Vous êtes familier avec les Soparfis et les SPVs , de bonnes connaissances en fonds d’investissement constituent un atout considérable.
•Pour entretenir de bonnes relations avec les clients, vous parlez couramment le français et l’anglais .
•Pour être efficace dans votre rôle, vous vous considérez comme une personne proactive et organisée .
