As a Corporate Officer, you will be named as the point of contact with your clients and third parties, which will help you to create a solid working relationship with various stakeholders.
•You will have to organize board and shareholder meetings, draft the minutes, participate in the approval of annual accounts, follow up on transactions, publish all necessary changes on the Trade and Business Register and so on.
Profile and Career Path | Corporate Officer – Fiduciary – Corporate PSF – Legal •For this opportunity, we are looking for a motivated and autonomous person that is able to speak English fluently. An intermediary level of French will be considered an additional plus.
•You consider yourself as a dynamic person who has good interpersonal and communication skills, which will help you to integrate quickly within the team.
