•La préparation et la participation aux conseils d’administration et assemblées générales, puis la rédaction des procès-verbaux relatifs.
•De plus, vous vous occuperez de la publication auprès des différents registres (RCS/RBE), de l’approbation des comptes annuels ainsi que de l’ouverture des comptes en banque.
•Enfin, vous pourrez intervenir dans le cadre de l’analyse de la documentation des documents collectées auprès de votre clientèle, d’un point de vue compliance (AML/KYC). Profil et parcours | Corporate Officer – Wilwerdange – Juridique – Fiduciaire - Corporate •Vous avez une expérience professionnelle au Luxembourg, à une position similaire, d’au moins un an au sein d’une fiduciaire, PSF ou bien cabinet d’avocats.
•Vous possédez de bonnes connaissances à propos du droit des sociétés au Luxembourg.
•Une exposition préalable des missions de compliance (analyse AML/KYC) est un avantage dans votre candidature.
•Vous êtes à l’aise, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, en français et en allemand. L’allemand est en effet indispensable afin que vous puissiez échanger avec certains de vos clients. Un niveau intermédiaire pourrait toutefois suffir.
