WHYFIVE is looking for a senior research executive to join its quantitative research team in Belgium. This team advises medium-sized and large businesses on all topics: brand, marketing, communication, innovation and employer branding.
Do you have a passion for data and for summarizing lots of information into the essence? In short, are you the researcher we’re looking for?
A Master’s degree in a relevant field is a plus, but strong professional experience in quantitative research is even more important.
Ideally, you bring at least 5 years of hands-on experience in quantitative research.
As a creative and quick thinker you can easily process information, identify core questions and solve complex challenges.
You are a team player energized by collaborating with diverse profiles
You are fluent in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel), Power BI, and statistical software such as SPSS and Q. You fluently speak and write in Dutch and English, and preferably French as well
A pleasant environment with a mix of highly experienced seniors and young talent with a passion for human insights and impact
