Als Web Support Coordinator ben je verantwoordelijk voor de nazorg en ondersteuning organiseert voor 2 van onze merken. Jij bewaakt over de planning, tickets correct worden opgevolgd en klanten de service krijgen die ze verdienen (met oog voor kwaliteit, efficiëntie en klanttevredenheid)
Als Web Support Coordinator ben je het centrale aanspreekpunt voor klanten na oplevering van hun website of applicatie
Je stuurt operationeel een team van ±40 developers aan: overzicht van planningen bewaken, capaciteit bewaken, binnenkomende tickets coördineren en taken verdelen...
Als Web Support Coordinator detecteer jij ontevredenheid of opportuniteiten bij klanten en onderneemt proactieve actie
Je optimaliseert interne processen en verbetert de manier waarop support en nazorg worden geleverd
Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een digital agency en een eerste ervaring als Project Manager, Project Coordinator, Client Success Manager, Customer Success Manager,...
