Wat doe je als HSE Manager
Je informeert, adviseert en coacht leidinggevenden volgens het lead by example-principe, zodat zij hun HSE-verantwoordelijkheden opnemen.
Je vergroot het veiligheids- en milieubewustzijn bij alle medewerkers via vorming, coaching en duidelijke communicatie.
Je analyseert risico’s en tekortkomingen en werkt samen met Operations aan verbeteringen en preventieve maatregelen.
Je stelt HSE-plannen en risicoanalyses op en vertaalt deze naar concrete acties op de werkvloer.
Je toetst naleving van regels en wetten door frequente rondgangen en inspecties, en stuurt bij waar nodig.
Je beheert het globaal preventieplan en het jaaractieplan en volgt de voortgang nauwgezet op.
Je bouwt relaties op met externe partners zoals klanten, leveranciers en officiële instanties.
Je ondersteunt het tenderproces en waakt over het veilig werken met derden.
Je organiseert toolboxmeetings en neemt actief deel aan het maandelijkse overleg met werknemers.
Je blijft op de hoogte van wijzigingen in milieuwetgeving en vertaalt die naar de praktijk.
Je stimuleert milieuvriendelijke productiemethodes, volgt KPI’s op en coördineert emissiemetingen en afvalbeheer.
Je beheert veiligheidsinformatiebladen en neemt de rol van ADR-veiligheidsadviseur op je.
Gewenste profiel
Je hebt ervaring als HSE Manager in een productieomgeving – dat is een must.
Je beschikt over een hogere opleiding of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
Je bent Preventieadviseur niveau II.
Een attest Milieucoördinator niveau B of A is een troef, maar geen vereiste.
Je hebt kennis van ISO 9001 / 14001, CLP-wetgeving en ADR-regelgeving.
Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, en hebt een goede basis Frans en Engels.
Je bent hands-on, analytisch en resultaatgericht, met een sterke zin voor verantwoordelijkheid.
Dankzij je teamgerichte en coachende aanpak weet je mensen te enthousiasmeren en te overtuigen.
Je neemt graag initiatief en denkt creatief en oplossingsgericht.
